Make Up FAQs
What is your travel fee?
You have the flexibility to choose where you’d like to receive your makeup service. You can either visit my well-equipped studio, specifically designed to provide a comfortable and professional environment, or I can bring my services directly to you at your preferred location.
If you opt for an on-location services, please note that a travel fee of $1 per mile, round trip, will be applied. This fee is calculated based on the distance between my studio and your desired destination. Should other fees be incurred such as valet or parking those will be billed to the hotel room or invoiced.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise,( or maybe your hair growth has slowed and you can push your appointment back a week) rescheduling may be necessary. I want to ensure your convenience and offer flexibility in finding another suitable day or time for your appointment. You can easily access my booking site to make these changes at your convenience.
In the event you need to reschedule., I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. This allows me to accommodate other clients and make the necessary adjustments to my schedule.
However, I kindly ask for your understanding that if you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment without providing sufficient notice, a fee of 50% of the total service will be charged to the card used for the booking. This policy helps me manage my schedule effectively and compensates for the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
